- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can of whole kernel corn, drained
- 15 oz can black beans rinsed and drained
- 1 jar Salsa con Queso
- 1.5 bags Mexican Blend shredded cheese
- 6 Soft taco shells
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain excess fat. Stir in corn, beans, and salsa con queso. Grease a cookie sheet and lay two tortillas on the sheet side by side. Scoop some of the meat mixture onto each tortilla and spread around evenly. Sprinkle with Mexican Blend cheese. Repeat each layer twice more. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
